Dr. Paul T. (Tom) Hackett served as a high school English, drama, and fine arts teacher at Central High School for six years.  Later he served as an administrator in both the Phenix City and Alexander City, Alabama school systems working as an assistant principal, an elementary school principal, a middle school principal, a system-level chief of operations, and a superintendent.  He is presently an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership at Columbus State University and Chair of the Department of Counseling, Educational Leadership & Professional Studies.

S. Lenoir Gillam is Associate Professor at Columbus State University, where she serves as the coordinator of the School Counseling Program. She received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from The University of Georgia and has worked in schools, community agencies, and university counseling centers. Her research interests include group work, supervision and training, multicultural issues, and school counseling.

Dr. Michael L. Baltimore earned his Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Auburn University. He has worked in a number of community mental health settings, including supervision of treatment programs for mental health centers, and has a private practice for Clinical Supervision. He is Co-Editor of the Journal of Technology in Counseling. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
