Michael Barocco has his M.A. History from St. Joseph Seminary College and an M.Ed. in School Counseling University of New Orleans. He is a Certified School Counselor State of Louisiana with 26 years in education 15 of those years at Archbishop Rummel High School, Metairie, La. Mr. Barocco has lived in the New Orleans area all of his life and lived through....and after Hurricane Katrina.
