Dr. Clarrice Rapisarda is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Counseling at the University of North Carolina - Charlotte. Clarrice achieved her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the Counseling and Human Development Services program at Kent State University. Clarrice is currently a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Supervisor in the state of Ohio and is pursuing counseling licensure in the state of North Carolina.

Culbreth, Ph.D. - NCC, ACS, MAC, NCLPC, NCLCAS, NCLSC - - Jack Culbreth is an Associate Professor and coordinator of the community counseling program in the Department of Counseling at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Before coming to UNC Charlotte, Jack was on the faculty at The Pennsylvania State University and The University of Virginia. Jack’s research areas include clinical supervision in the chemical dependency counseling field, the supervisor development process, and the professional development of counselors in the United States and in different parts of the world. Jack’s clinical experience includes work in treatment settings as a mental health counselor, chemical dependency treatment counselor, substance abuse prevention counselor, and in the school setting. Jack is a Nationally Certified Counselor, Approved Clinical Supervisor, Master Addictions Counselor, and is recognized by the state of North Carolina as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Addiction Specialist, and Licensed K-12 School Counselor. Jack has been on the CACREP Board of Directors for four years, serving as the vice-chair for one year and is the current chair of the Board. He is also an active member in the American Counseling Association, with division memberships in ACES and IAAOC.
